It’s that time of year when coffee beans need harvesting. (And if you grow coffee beans, you really must harvest them, or they can become an environmental weed)

Remember Combine Street Community Gardens has a coffee pulper (on loan from our President, PeterLewis) at the Gardens for use at the Gardens. It makes that process so much faster and cleaner.  Just remember to hose out the pulper when you’re finished and if you can, spray some cheap vegetable oil onto the moving parts to prevent rust.
