> If you’ve ever wanted to know how to make authentic dolmas the combine street community garden are having a Kurdish and middle eastern cooking class on Saturday the 16th November.
> As part of the garden’s multicultural gardening and food discovery we plan to use in-season ingredients to learn a variety of ethnic cooking.
> The day will explore how to use fresh grape leaves wrapped around delicious rice to make Kurdish dolmas. > Kurde comes from Iraq and brings her unique cooking knowledge.
> She’ll be assisted by Linda Woodrow who has been refining bringing seasonal veggies into their best tasty unique results. > The session starts at 9.30 am til 12 noon and is free with a donation.
> At noon we’ll fire up the wood fired pizza oven to enjoy the food and social garden experience.
