Debbie got the garlic in on Anzac Day and it has taken off already in the winter sunshine. She also grows fennel. While the bulbs are delicious in salads or caramelize beautifully when roasted, the fronds have a delicate aniseed flavour and and add fabulous flavours to salad dressings.
