The Bush Tucker workshop on Sunday, with Sue Tomkins of Bush Tucker Shack, was one of the best we have ever had.  Thirty people got to taste and experience an exciting variety of sensory wonders – little lemon myrtle cheesecakes, chocolate wattleseed cheescakes, muffins and dips, damper with jams made from bush fruits – and learn so much about where these tastes come from and how they are prepared.  All beautifully presented and very delicious.  We finished off with a selection of bush tucker pizzas made in our wood-fired pizza oven, that were truly sensational.  Look out for this workshop next time – it is one not to be missed.
